The Indian U-20 football team emerge victorious in what was a commanding 5-2 victory over Bangladesh to lift the SAFF U-20 Championship trophy for the second time at the Kaling Stadium in Bhubaneshwar.
The blue tigers put up a dominant performance as Gurkirat Singh scored 4 goals (2′, 60′, 93′, 99′) and Himanshu Jangra also finding the back of the net (92′) to ensure a commanding victory. Rajon (45′) and Shahin (48′) were the scorers for Bangladesh.
