Anthony Modeste is all set to be unveiled at Signal Iduna Park as Borussia Dortmund bring him into the club after a successful deal. The 34-year-old Frenchman has signed an agreement and the medicals are set to be completed today.
Modeste comes to Dortmund as the new striker replacing Sebastien Haller who they initially brought in from Ajax to replace the departing Erling Haaland, but a testicular tumor was found in Haller’s medicals putting him out of the equation for now.
Modeste has had two successful spells at FC Köln. With 190 appearances in the Bundesliga, he has scored 83 goals.
