According to multiple sources, Norwich City is interested in signing Real Betis midfielder Paul Akouokou. Betis reportedly wants close to ÂŁ6 million for their number four, but none of the potential suitors are prepared to pay that much.
After spending time on loan with Hapoel Rishon leZion and Beitar Jerusalem in the Israeli second division, Akouokou joined Betis from Finnish second-tier club Ekenas IF. He has played 24 games after relocating to Spain in 2018 and has made four appearances for Ivory Coast internationally.
