Neal Maupay will be moving to Nottingham Forest on a permanent basis from Brighton. The package with add-ons is valued at 15ÂŁ million.
Maupay will sign a four-year deal that sees him stay at the club until 2026. Negotiations are almost completed.
Nottingham Forest showing no signs of slowing down as this will be their 14th signing of the season.
