The Seagulls have completed the signing of Billy Gilmour, Chelsea accepted the proposal, it’s a permanent deal, confirmed by Fabrizio Romano. He will undergo medical with Brighton in the next few hours. BIlly Gilmour will be a great addition to the squad as he is rated as one among the top young prodigies. There are two more outgoings from Chelsea, Kenedy is set to join Valladolid and Ampadu will fly to Italy soon so he will join Spezia on loan.
