In order to prepare for their defence of the T20 World Cup title, which starts next month, Australia will miss the combination of Mitchell Starc, Marcus Stoinis, and Mitchell Marsh for the upcoming three-match T20I series in India.
Mitchell Starc (knee), Mitchell Marsh (ankle), and Marcus Stoinis (side), alongside David Warner who had previously been ruled out of the tour, will all remain at home due to “minor” illnesses. Since then, Nathan Ellis, Daniel Sams, and Sean Abbott have all joined the group.
