Bangladesh To Play Two T20Is Against UAE As Preparations For The Upcoming T20 World Cup

The senior men’s side of the Bangladesh Cricket Board will take part in a two match T20I series against UAE before the upcoming tri-series and T20I World Cup. The national cricket team had earlier asserted that the board intended to hold a quick camp in the United Arab Emirates because they were unable to practice due to a heavy rains in Bangladesh.

According to BCB Chief Executive Nizamuddin Chowdhury, they will play two T20Is against the UAE in addition to the camp as part of their World Cup preparation. On September 25 and September 27, the games are expected to take place in Dubai. We have finished the abroad training camp we had planned.

The main reason was that we had to postpone our team’s preparation due to the weather, so we decided to do it elsewhere. We discussed it with one or two other member nations and decided that the United Arab Emirates would be the location of the camp.
