Arsenal, who are in the top of the Premier League this season, lost only one match, looks for a winger this January window.
Arsenal is tracking Shakhtar Donetsk’s star player Mykhailo Mudryk, 22-year-old left winger, who has 19 g/a in 18 games this season. He is also the top scorer for Shakhtar Donetsk in Champions League scoring 3 and assisting 2. Mudryk is keen to move to Arsenal. He has shown his passion to play for Gonners by posting stories about watching Arsenal. His recent reaction was when Arsenal made 3rd bid for Mudryk. Earlier 2 bids were rejected. Shakhtar evaluates Mudryk same as Antony, the right winger Manchester United brought for a stunning 100 million Euros from Ajax this summer.
Arsenal’s first two bids was 60 million and 75 million Euros including add-ons was rejected as Shakhtar want only 100 million Euros. Arsenal made 3rd bid earlier today which is around 70 million Euros and 20 million add-ons up to 90 million. There has been no agreement between the clubs as the bid was put in the table. Shakhtar’s board are currently discussing, and Arsenal hope this deal can be sealed and done.
