It’s official , Christoph Freund joins The Blues as their new sporting director. He is the main and the perfect man for the new Chelsea project. Todd Boehly’s era has been quite interesting for a while from sacking Tuchel to appointing Freund as their new director. Chelsea fans will be happy with the quality that Freund brings into the club. Haaland, Mané, Upamecano, Naby Keita are some among his best deals at RB Salzburg. The man has produced more than €500m profit with player trading for RB Salzburg, which is not quite a low number. With the arrival of Freund, meeting with Boehly for Šesko has now started. Meanwhile, Leipzig confirm Max Eberl has joined as sporting director from Borussia Mönchengladbach. Compensation of €2.5m, Eberl will be new figure in RB group while Freund will leave Salzburg to join Chelsea. There is already an outgoing talks going on for Lukaku, as Inter are in talks with Chelsea to re-sign Romelu Lukaku on loan at the end of the season for another year for €8m says Gazzetta dello Sport.
