Huddersfield Town manager got sacked after 69 days

Danny Schofield, who took head coach position after Carlos Corberan from July, who only claimed 4 points in 8 league game this season, had 2-1 home defeat to Wigan on Tuesday gets sacked. Huddersfield Town is 5 points from safety .

The 42-year-old was only appointed in July when Carlos Corberan left the Terriers but claimed just one win and one draw from his nine matches in charge. Huddersfield who were one game away to play in the Premier League lost against Nottingham Forrest in the payoffs final last season.

Danny Schofield has today been relieved of his duties as Head Coach of Huddersfield Town.
