The captain of India’s next T20I series against Ireland, which begins on August 18, is the pacer Jasprit Bumrah. Jasprit Bumrah has been out of action owing to injury for about 11 months and further this marks his return to international cricket.
He has been practicing in Mumbai ever since he received the go ahead to resume playing cricket. And also the IPL stars like Rinku Singh and Jitesh Sharma have been called up, bringing a plethora of new faces to the group.
Furthermore, the Indian pace bowler Prasidh Krishna also makes a comeback to the Indian squad after a very long gap. India will play 3 T2OIs which will be played on August 18, 20 and the final T20I on August 23.
