Lucas Paqueta and his agents are in London to speak with West Ham about the new offer proposed by the London club. Both the clubs still have work to do, but West Ham seem like they want to push to complete the deal.
Paqueta aspires to play in the Premier League, but he first needs to come to terms with Olympique Lyonnais president Jean-Michel Aulas.
