22-year-old Malian forward Mohamed Camara is ready to be signed by AS Monaco on a permanent deal from RB Salzburg as the team have the documents ready. Medicals for the player were completed on Saturday.
There was a link between Leeds United and Camara but he was never likely to join there as Tyler Adams and Marc Roca were the primary targets.
Camara is Monaco’s fifth signing this summer and this one seems to be an important one as the Malian international is likely to be the replacement to Frenchman Aurelien Tchouameni, who joined Real Madrid.
