The new left-back for Pep Guardiola’s main team, 21-year-old Spaniard Sergio Gómez has reportedly arrived at the Etihad Stadium.
A 15€ million deal was agreed to and paid to Belgian side Anderlecht for the transfer of Gómez. The Spaniard will be the man to replace Oleksandr Zinchenko, who made the move to Arsenal prior to the start of the season.
It looks like Guardiola has decided on Gómez as the new left-back for the first team on Wednesday. It has been confirmed.
