Following two rejections in the past few days, Newcastle has delivered a verbal, final offering for Joao Pedro to Watford.
It is still verbal and worth £25m and further $5m in add-ons. Currently, the Pozzo and his family has the last say. And it seems that Newcastle are desperate to sign the striker.
