Wesley Fofana and Chelsea have reached a personal agreement, so the contract would be ready should the two teams reach an understanding.
Chelsea is contemplating a new offer since they consider Fofana to be their top target. Leicester are still adamant about their position on the move. Seems like a tough one, but it still open.
